Matt Sesow |
 |
Matt is a self-taught painter who, despite
having his work extensively shown and written
about, has little interest in becoming part
of the art network. He was hit by a landing
airplane at the age of 8, which caused his
left hand to be amputated and many of his
works also deal with amputation and trauma.
Check out his homepage, which includes a big
collection of his paintings and has some experimental
short films on it. Watch the video clip "A
Short by Matt Sesow", a self portrait
of the artist, in which Sesow - as the description
says - permits "shameless voyeurism".
He allows the audience to 'take a good look'.
